CarePath Network is a wellness platform that connects vendors with licensed physicians, pharmacies, and labs to support clients in reaching their health goals under medical supervision. CarePath Network does not itself provide medical care. All medical decisions are made by independent licensed healthcare professionals.

By providing your mobile phone number and/or email address and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive communications from CarePath Network. These may include account notifications, security and login verification codes, updates about your orders, requests, appointments, or lab results, customer care messages, and occasional service-related announcements.

Consent to receive messages from CarePath Network is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• To stop text messages: Reply STOP to any message from CarePath Network. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify CarePath Network right away if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to misuse CarePath Network's services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the operation of our platform, submitting false information, or using the services for any unlawful purpose.

Your use of CarePath Network's services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. CarePath Network does not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

CarePath Network's services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarePath Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Nothing on this website is a substitute for professional medical advice.

CarePath Network may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
